Project Manager, Strategic Operational Change

Project Manager within a team delivering the largest organisational change in 10 years.

Worked within a team to evaluate business performance and make board recommendations on the organisational design.  Highlights of this project were developing and delivering the ‘compelling need to change’ paper and working on the project through to implementation.  The project impacted 1600 operational staff and supported the delivery of in excess of £250m of operational and capital expenditure savings over a five year period.
