A fantastic opportunity to develop skills in managing the customer experience both proactively and reactively.  Leading a passionate team of front line colleagues responsible for 24/7 delivery of customer service to water supply customers.  This was also an opportunity to understand how change impacts both individuals and customers.  This was also an opportunity to develop and consolidate an understanding of the process of water distribution.
